The St. Francis Area Schools School Board and members of the district leadership team honored the 2024-25 retirees prior to and at the regular School Board meeting on May 27. A reception was held to celebrate the accomplishments of the retirees. View photos from the reception.

There are a total of 18 retirees who have collectively dedicated a total of 387 years of service to the district.

Retiring from SFAS during the 2024-25 school year are: Christopher Wirz with 38 years of service; Marjorie Wanamaker with 37 years of service; Susan R. Olson with 34 years of service; Tracey Peterson with 34 years of service; Karen Lundberg with 31 years of service; Lisa Kastenbauer with 29 years of service; Jonathon Hoefs with 28 years of service; Susan Tasler with 24 years of service; Caree Montague with 22 years of service; Janine Johnson with 22 years of service; Linda Polis with 19 years of service; Catherine Wirz with 18 years of service; Patricia G. Peterson with 16 years of service; Kathleen Ringdal with 11 years of service; Cynthia Bonde-Lorenzen with 10 years of service; Janice Hofschulte with 8 years of service; Shirley Williams with 4 years of service; Lance Rubink with 2 years of service.
