St. Francis High School Theatre earned multiple honors from Hennepin Arts Spotlight Education for their spring performance of Once Upon A Mattress.
Stage Management Award: Senior Hailey Gillies was one of six finalists for the Technical Theatre Career Pathway award for her stage management of the production. Along with the other finalists, Gillies used her skills in stage management, lighting, and audio to build Hennepin Theatre Trust Spotlight Showcase, which was conducted on June 8-9 at the State Theatre.
Awards: The play earned multiple individual awards in the Spotlight Education Honors Program and as a production Once Upon A Mattress gathered Honorable Mention Achievement in Musical Theatre.
